I'm a professional artist and photographer with over 20 years of experience.  What I love about photography is capturing a glimpse into the human spirit, from a subtle look in someone's eye, to the profound joy that two or more people can share together.  I enjoy creating images that allow a friend to feel that moment and the subject to relive it.  My two favorite responses are, "Aww" and "Wow", and I strive to get them every time I shoot.

My background in illustration and animation has given me an intimate understanding of color theory, light and form, posing, and expression, and most importantly, appeal.  I utilize these tools in photography to bring out the natural beauty of everyone I photograph, from building comfort in front of the camera, to snapping the shutter, to the final edit.
